Quick & easy veggie wraps!

I didn’t feel like cooking tonight and wanted something light so I threw a few Siete cassava and coconut grain free wraps on a heated pan for a few minutes. You could use any fresh veggies you have on hand. I topped mine with some of the veggies I hand in my fridge!
Ingredients:

2 wraps (I used Siete grainfree wraps)

Handful of spinach
-
Handful of cherry tomatoes

1 beet, diced

1/2 avocado, sliced

Broccoli sprouts
-
Tessemaes lemon garlic dressing
Instructions:
Heat a pan with a little avocado oil and toss wraps on until slightly warmed, flipping half way. Remove from pan and fill with your favorite veggies. Drizzle a little dressing on top and enjoy!
